For Biosensors’ Dinner & Dance, we proposed a vibrant 90s retro theme, designed to transport guests back in time to an era of boombox beats, neon colors, and iconic fashion. From the moment guests walked through the door, they were immersed in a world where pagers were cool, and dance floors were the place to be. Our creative team meticulously crafted every detail, from the balloon arch entrance decor to the neon-lit Glow Bar, ensuring that every corner of the venue echoed the retro vibe.
The Guest Experience: From Invitations to Lucky Draws
At Get Out! Events, we believe the guest experience starts well before the event. We managed everything from printed and email invitations to on-site registration using a QR code system. This allowed guests to seamlessly check in, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start to the evening. To keep the excitement rolling, we also organized a Rolling Lucky Draw, adding an element of surprise and delight for all attendees.

We proposed a 24ft x 10ft stage PVC backdrop, complete with vibrant retro designs, complemented by ambient lighting and a professional AV system. We also added unique touches like cut-out standees, which became a hit among guests for social media photos, boosting engagement and creating lasting memories. The Glow Bar, with its neon signs and quirky accessories, became a popular photo spot, offering guests both a drink and a shareable photo moment.

To keep guests engaged and entertained, we included a variety of interactive fringe activities. Our photo booth with fun props allowed attendees to take home a keepsake from the event, while the Interactive Artist Station featuring caricature neon hair spray and body bejeweled stations added a playful twist to the evening.
The entertainment lineup included performances by Vivienne and Ze and a retro-themed dance performance by The Unemployed, captivating the audience with their energy and charm.
