Our team arrives typically 2–3 hours before your event start time to inflate, anchor, and safety-check every structure. After your event ends, we pack everything down and remove it completely.
Trained safety attendants are stationed at each inflatable structure throughout your event. They enforce participant capacity limits, monitor structure integrity, and respond immediately to any safety concern.
Get Out Events carries full public liability insurance for all events. Documentation available on request for venue submissions and corporate approval processes.

Pricing depends on the number of structures, event duration, venue access requirements, and the level of customisation required. As a general guide:
One obstacle course or bouncy castle, 4-hour rental. Full setup, staffing, teardown included.
2–3 inflatable structures, half-day rental. Great for smaller company family days.
4–5 structures, full-day rental. Perfect for medium-sized corporate events.

All prices are subject to GST and site assessment. Surcharges may apply for venues with restricted vehicle access, upper floor setups, or events requiring extended operating hours beyond 8 hours.
A single large obstacle course (15–20 metres in length) requires approximately 20m × 10m of clear, flat ground, plus buffer space for crowd flow. A full Airpark with multiple structures typically requires 30m × 30m or more. Indoor venues must have ceiling clearance of at least 5–6 metres for taller structures. We will conduct a site assessment before confirming your booking to ensure safe deployment.
Yes. Our inflatable park packages include dedicated safety attendants at every structure. We enforce strict age and weight limits, monitor participant capacity, and maintain all equipment to manufacturer safety standards. Our public liability insurance covers all participants. For very young children (under 5), we recommend dedicated toddler-friendly inflatables — ask us about these when you enquire.
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates in Q4 (October–December) which fill up quickly. For large events (400+ pax) requiring NParks or venue permits, 8–10 weeks is advisable. We can sometimes accommodate shorter lead times — contact us to check availability.
Yes. We offer custom vinyl banner printing and overlay panels that can be attached to any inflatable structure. Full branding turnaround requires approximately 2–3 weeks lead time. Branded banners are available as standalone additions or as part of a branded event package.
Inflatables can operate in light rain, but we will pause operations during heavy rain or lightning warnings in line with Singapore Civil Defence Authority guidelines. We monitor weather closely and communicate contingency options in the week leading up to your event. Where possible, we recommend securing a covered backup space for the inflatables in case of prolonged wet weather.
Yes. A deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Payment terms are outlined in our event contract. We accept bank transfer and cheque.
