We organise family days for groups from 50 pax upwards. For very small groups (under 50), some activity formats may be less cost-effective, but we’re happy to advise on the best approach. Our most popular events are in the 150–800 pax range.
Can we hold the family day indoors or outdoors?
Both options are available. Outdoor events (parks, hotel lawns, company grounds) give more space for inflatables and open activities. Indoor events (sports halls, hotel ballrooms, community centres) are fully air-conditioned and weather-proof. We can also arrange covered outdoor setups with large marquee tents.
What happens if it rains on the day?
We always prepare a wet weather contingency plan as part of every outdoor event. This typically includes quick-deploy marquee tents or an identified indoor backup space. Our team monitors weather forecasts in the week leading up to your event and communicates clearly if any contingency action is needed.
Can we include a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) element?
Absolutely. Many of our clients incorporate a CSR activity station as part of their family day — such as packing care packages for the elderly, painting craft items for children’s charities, or sensory play sessions with special needs groups. How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks in advance for most events, and 3–4 months ahead for large events (500+ pax) or events requiring NParks permits for public venues. For urgent events, we can sometimes accommodate 2–3 week timelines — just reach out and we’ll advise on feasibility.
Do you handle all the logistics and permits?
Yes. We handle all logistics including vendor coordination, equipment delivery, NParks or venue permits, risk assessment documentation, and on-site crew management. You deal with one point of contact — us — for the entire event.
Are your events suitable for children of all ages?
Yes. We design activities with all age groups in mind, from toddlers to elderly grandparents. Inflatables are age-separated where needed, game booths are height/ability adjustable, and our facilitators are trained to include and encourage every participant. We can also arrange a dedicated children’s corner with arts and crafts or face painting.
