Given a choice, do you prefer working from home or working in an office?
Cindy Sin: Hands down WFH. It helps to boost productivity not just from a work perspective but also from a life perspective.
There is also a lot more motivation to stay connected to people as well and people actually put this motivation into action now by going on a lot more calls. WFH does allow me to have more sleep too which really gives me a great start to every day, feeling refreshed.

Of course, I do miss the human interaction and the clearer distinction of work from life when working in an office but in general, I do really like the flexibility that WFH provides.
